1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Learnisim AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free, Pro, and Super plan subscribers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Learnisim AI. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and credits
- Learnisim AI operates on a credit-based system. Each AI-powered action consumes credits from your monthly balance.
- Free (basic) accounts receive 1,000 credits per month so you can try the full app before upgrading. Pro accounts receive 10,000. Super accounts receive 50,000. Credits are subject to a daily usage cap per plan.
- Web search (live-source grounding) is limited per billing period: Free 5, Pro 30, Super 100. When the quota is exhausted, answers fall back to AI knowledge unless a forced search is requested, which requires an upgrade or waiting for the next period.
- Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment providers (e.g. Razorpay or Stripe). You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until that date.
- No-refund policy. All paid plan purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable. This includes unused credits, unused days in a billing period, accidental upgrades, and change of mind. Free-tier credits are provided so you can trial the full product before paying; by upgrading you acknowledge you have had that opportunity to evaluate the Service.
- If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Where the law allows, by starting to use paid features within that period you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once digital service has begun. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.
- We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate, distribute, or store illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.
- Use automated tools to abuse or overload the platform beyond normal use patterns.
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or credits to another person.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund, consistent with our no-refund policy in Section 4.
6. AI-generated content
- The Service uses large language models to generate roadmaps, explanations, interview questions, and other educational content. This content is AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies.
- AI outputs do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
- You retain ownership of any content you submit as input. You grant us a limited licence to process that input to provide the Service.
- We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs produced in response to your inputs.
7. Intellectual property
The Learnisim AI brand, logo, UI design, and proprietary software are owned by Learnisim AI and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnisim AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learnisim AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any unused credits are forfeited.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION, e.g. England & Wales], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION] shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country in which you reside.
13. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
